Riced Cauliflower Recipe 01: Cheesy Riced Cauliflower

You won’t miss the carbs when you try this cheesy bake! Not only is it keto approved, but it’s delicious. It pairs great with any meat, but especially with chicken. You can totally make your own riced cauliflower, or you can purchase it premade and frozen. I prefer using frozen, mostly because of the ease of use.

Method
- Begin by heating the butter in a large skilled over medium-high heat. When the butter is melted, add in the riced cauliflower and saute until the cauliflower is cooked and tender. Then add in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. When the cauliflower is cooked, reduce the heat to medium-low and stir in the cream cheese, cheddar, and milk until the cheese is melted. Then serve and enjoy! If desired, you can place the cheesy cauliflower in a pyrex and broil for a minute or two to get a crispy top.
