Ingredients
- ¼ c. honey
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. fresh thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lb. salmon
Instructions
- Begin by heating your oven to 375°F and lining a baking sheet with tin foil. Next whisk together the honey, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, thyme, salt, and pepper together until combined. Then place the salmon in the middle of the foil lined baking sheet and fold all four sides of the foil up. Spoon the honey mixture over the top of the salmon and then seal the foil packet closed.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. The salmon should be pink and opaque. Remove from the oven and serve immediately!
