No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients
- 1 c. oats
- ⅔ c. shredded coconut
- ½ c. creamy peanut butter
- ½ c. ground flaxseed
- ½ c. semisweet chocolate chipes
- ⅓ c. honey
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds optional
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- This one's super easy! Just mix all the ingredients together, then cover and pop it into the fridge for 1-2 hours. When the mixture is chilled, roll into 1-inch balls and serve!
