Baked In Foil Salmon Recipe 05: Lemon Dill Salmon

Ingredients
- ½ c. butter melted
- ¼ c. freshly squeeze lemon juice
- 1 lemon zested
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp. dried dill
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lb. salmon
- 2 tbsp. fresh dill chopped
Instructions
- Start by heating your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with foil. Then mix the butter, lemon juice, zest, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper together until combined. Place the salmon in the middle of the foil and pour the butter mixture over the top. Next, fold the sides over and seal the packet closed.
- Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the salmon), and then serve with fresh dill for garnish. Enjoy!
