Carrot Cake Breakfast Smoothie
This is a great breakfast for a quick morning on the go! It’s filling, slightly sweet, and jam packed with minerals and vitamins.
Ingredients:
- 3 medium carrots, peeled
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas in chunks
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup (to sweeten)
- 1 c. ice
