Breakfast Pizza
Who says pizza can’t be for breakfast! I’ve used traditional pizza dough as well as a sugar cookie base, and really you can’t go wrong with either.
Ingredients:
- Flour for dusting
- 1 lb. pizza dough (store bought it awesome)
- 1 c. ricotta
- 2 oz. cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- Assorted fruit for topping
