  • ½ c. red bell pepper diced

When the timer goes off, allow the device to sit for an additional 10 minutes before doing a "quick release" of the pressure.

Then cover the baking dish with foil and place on top of the trivet and close the lid. Make sure the vent is set to "seal" and set the pressure to "High" and "Manual" for 28 minutes.
  • While the casserole is cooking, make the frosting by combining the butter and cream cheese together until light and creamy. Slowly add in the powdered sugar and vanilla, adding a little bit of milk if needed.
  • When the Instant Pot is done, use the quick release method to release the pressure. If desired, you can place the casserole in the oven and broil for 3-4 minutes in order to crisp up the topping. Last, drizzle the icing over the top of the casserole, then serve and enjoy!
