Option 1: Glow Water
If you’re looking for a solid drink that is both fun and flavorful, then this is it! It’s also super customizable.
- 3 cans seltzer water
- Cucumber Mint: 1 cucumber cut into 1/2″ rounds, 3 sprigs mint, 1 thinly sliced lemon
- Peach Ginger: 1 sliced peach, skinned and sliced ginger cut into rounds, 1 cinnamon stick
- Strawberry Lime: 3 halved strawberries, 1 thinly sliced lime
Process: Simply combine the seltzer water with your chosen ingredients. It’s best if you muddle them a little to release the flavor, then serve immediately or chill until ready to drink.
Option 2: Mango Lemonade
This is a great spring/summer beverage. But if you’re looking to really liven up your New Year’s, then it’s also a good curveball to throw your guests.

- 1-2 Tbsp. mango puree per drink
- 1 thinly sliced lime
- mint springs for garnish
Process: Either make your lemonade from scratch or from a powder/concentrate. You can allow the guests to add their own mango puree, or prep your drinks ahead of time by adding 1-2 Tbsp. puree in the bottom of each glass, then topping with lemonade. Garnish with a thinly sliced lime and mint sprig. If you’d like to really round out the flavor, feel free to muddle the ingredients a little bit.
