No-Bake cookie recipes are the things of childhood and the dessert of choice for those who are short on time and patience. Plus, they are a breeze to make with little ones. No hot ovens, no scalding pans. It’s a win in my book. Check out some of my girl’s favorite no bake cookie recipes below!

These cookies are r-i-d-i-c-u-l-o-u-s. Not only do they feed those in my family who can’t have gluten, but add in the protein powder, and you’ve just turned this cookie into something next level. Did they pass the three-year-old’s tastebud test? Yup. My seven-year-old was set on packing them for snack at school, which I didn’t mind because of the added protein. They aren’t even super hard to throw together, which made it a double win! 
Classic Chocolate No-Bake Cookies
This is the classic! I vividly remember making this in 7th grade in our Home-Ec class. They were delicious then, and after revisiting them this last weekend, they still are delicious! This recipe added the decorative white candy melt strips, which aren’t bad, but I prefer whipping up some basic icing or getting fancy and using some marshmallow topping.
No-Bake Monster Cookie Energy Balls
Have I mentioned my three-year-old is a picky eater? Because she is. Even when it comes to sweets. Enter this delightful cookie and not only did she gobble them up, but because they were full of flax seed, chia seed, honey, and oats, I didn’t feel one bit guilty letting her sneak one for breakfast the next day. Not to mention you can go all out and order specific colors of M&Ms from The Candy Store and serve them at a party as well! Not only will they match your decor, but they won’t over sugar your guests.
