Recipe 02: Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
There are few things better than a warm chocolate chip cookie, and these are the perfect combination of chewy and soft!
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. unsalted room temperature butter
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
