Servings 1 serving
Ingredients
- 2 slices brioche or other bread
- 2 slices Kraft singles or American cheese
- ¼ c. leftover macaroni and cheese
- 2 pinches garlic salt
- 2 pats salted butter
Instructions
- Begin by heating a frying pan over medium-low heat. Then butter one side of each slice of bread, followed by sprinkling a pinch of garlic salt over the butter. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, on the frying pan. Then layer a slice of cheese, macaroni and cheese, and another slice of cheese. Top with the remaining slice of bread, this time butter-side up. Cook for 2-3 minutes with the lid on your frying pan so the heat helps to melt the cheese. Then carefully flip the sandwich over and cook another 2-3 minutes. You want the cheese inside to be warm and melted and the bread to be golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
