Process: Preheat your oven to 350F and put in liners. In your mixer, beat the butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add in the egg, milk, molasses, and vanilla and keep mixing. It’s not going to fully combine and that’s okay! Slowly add in your dry ingredients until just combined. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full and bake for 19-21 minutes or until done. Frost when they are completely cooled, and for good measure, top with these amazing gingerbread man sprinkles! You can drizzle with some caramel because, why not? 🙂
