- Begin by heating the oven to 350°F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. While the oven is heating up, thaw the spinach and squeeze any excess water out. Next, pop the crescent rolls open and unroll the dough on a piece of parchment paper. Pinch the perforated edges together so that it's sealed, then roll the dough out on a piece of parchment paper until you have a rectangular shape.
- Next, in a small bowl mix together the feta, spinach, onion powder, and salt. Then use a spatula to spread this mixture over the dough before rolling the dough up and cutting it into 9 even pieces. Place the pinwheels on the lined baking sheet and reshape if necessary. Before baking, brush the beaten egg over the top of each pinwheel. Then bake for about 20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
