Raw Cacao Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • ½ oz. prepared Irish Moss
  • 4 c. almond milk
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 4-6 medjool dates pitted
  • 2-4 tbsp. raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp. coconut butter/oil
  • 1 pinch Himalayan Pink Crystal salt
  • ½ vanilla bean scraped or sub with 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 dash nutmeg

Method
 

  1. Toss all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until creamy! You can adjust the amount of moss to change up the thickness of your smoothie. Drink and enjoy!
