No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c. oats
  • c. shredded coconut
  • ½ c. creamy peanut butter
  • ½ c. ground flaxseed
  • ½ c. semisweet chocolate chipes
  • c. honey
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds optional
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. This one's super easy! Just mix all the ingredients together, then cover and pop it into the fridge for 1-2 hours. When the mixture is chilled, roll into 1-inch balls and serve!
