  • 1 tbsp. sea moss gel
  • 1 tbsp. fresh ginger
  • 2 c. fresh-pressed apple juice
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 2 c. ice cubes
  • 1 dash ground cloves
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon
