- Begin by mixing the bbq sauce with the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and chili together in a small bowl. Then salt and pepper the ribs before placing them in the bottom of your slow cooker. Pour the bbq mixture over the top of the ribs and make sure they are completely covered by sauce. To finish, cook on "Low" for 8 hours or "High" for 4 hours. Before serving, spoon the bbq sauce over the ribs and enjoy!
