Method
- Begin by heating your grill to high and cutting 8 pieces of tin foil approximately 8" long.
- Next, mix the potatoes, green beans, onion, and chicken in a bowl before adding in the spices and stirring until combined. Then divide the mixture onto the prepared tin foil sheets. Before folding the tinfoil, add 1/2 Tbsp. ghee to each packet. If desired, wrap the packet in a second piece of tin foil.
- When the dinners are secured, place them on the grill and allow to cook for 30-35 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
