Next, whisk all the dry ingredients together in a small bowl and set them aside. Then mix the milk, butter, and egg until combined. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Lumps are okay!
Heat a skillet or griddle to medium-high heat and grease with oil-moistened paper towel. Then spoon a few tablespoons of batter onto the skillet and allow to cook until bubbles form and start to pop. That means it's time to flip! Flip and cook an additional 1-2 minutes before transferring to the parchment lined baking sheet and covering loosely with tin-foil.
