Begin by placing a liner in your crockpot. Then season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper before placing them in the bottom of your slow cooker. In a separate bowl, mix together the salsa, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic, and cilantro or parsley until well combined. Next, pour this mixture over the top of the chicken breasts and set the slow cooker to high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8 hours. When the chicken is cooked through, shred with forks and serve on tortillas with your choice of toppings!
