Crescent Roll Breakfast Tart

Quick and easy, this is a breakfast for champions!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube crescent rolls
  • 6 medium eggs
  • ½ c. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ c. crumbled cooked bacon

Instructions
 

  • Begin by greasing the baking dish if not using a pizza stone and preheating the oven to 375°. Next, pop open the crescent rolls and unroll them! They should be already proportioned into triangles. You can make your tarts triangle-shaped, or you can press the perforations together to make a rectangle. Then, fold the edges towards the middle to create a ½" lip around the outside and press to seal. When the tart is ready, place on the baking dish.
  • Next, crack an egg into the middle of each tart and if desired, sprinkle with bacon, chives, shredded cheddar cheese, or other toppings. Bake the tarts for 20-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and the eggs are set. Remove the tarts from the oven and top with sprinkles of Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
