  • 8 oz. cream cheese room temp.
  • 1 c. sour cream

  • ½ c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • c. white or red onion finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced

  • Start by combining all of the ingredients together and mixing until combined. When the mixture is evenly mixed, transfer to a slow cooker that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Cook the dip on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1-2 hours. The dip should be completely warmed through and the cheese melted. Then give it a good stir and add additional salt if needed. Before serving, transfer to a serving dish and serve alongside crackers, toasted bread, or veggies.
