Cinnamon Sugar Monkey Bread
Sweet and delicious, this dessert won't stick around very long!
- ½ loaf pizza dough thawed
- ½ c. sugar
- 1 ½ Tbsp. cinnamon
- ½ c. butter melted
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 ½ tsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Begin by heating your oven to 375°F and greasing three mini loaf pans with cooking spray.
Next, cut the dough into small 1" pieces and set them aside. Then mix the cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl until combined. Next, dip the dough into the melted butter before rolling in the cinnamon and sugar mixture and then placing the dough into the loaf pans.
When the loaf pans are full, bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Then remove from the oven and allow to cool until slightly warm. While the bread is cooling, mix the ingredients for the icing together in a small bowl using a fork or whisk. To finish, drizzle the icing over the bread and serve!
