Instructions
Start by heating your grill to medium-high and prepping 4 sections of tinfoil approximately 10" long.
Begin compiling your tin foil dinners by laying a single layer of zucchini on each piece of tin foil and scattering a little garlic on top. Then season with salt and pepper before placing a few slices of lemon. Next, place a salmon fillet and top with more salt and pepper. Before wrapping the tin foil dinners, put a tablespoon of butter on each salmon fillet with a sprig of thyme and a splash of white wine.
To finish, fold the tin foil up making sure to seal the edges. Then place packets on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes so that the salmon is cooked through and the zucchini is tender. Serve and enjoy!
