Begin by boiling the eggs using your preferred method. I’d suggest picking up one of these to help your process go smoothly. When the eggs are cooked, crack and peel under cool water before gently drying with paper towels. Next, slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place the yolks into a bowl and mash with a fork before adding in mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Then place the yolk mixture into a piping bag and pipe into the hollowed-out egg white before sprinkling with paprika.
After the deviled eggs are assembled, it’s time to add the black olive spider. Start by cutting the olives in half lengthwise. Place half of an olive on the top of the deviled egg. Then cut two remaining half into four slices and place on opposite sides for legs. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
